The Political Theology Network is forming a reading group to discuss texts central to the field. Our first book will be Carl Schmitt’s oft-referenced Political Theology: Four Chapters on the Concept of Sovereignty (U of Chicago Press, 2005). We will have two 90-minute Zoom sessions in the fall, and dedicate part of our conversations to how we might teach the work to undergraduate or graduate students. All are warmly welcomed to join.
