PTN Dissertation Writing Group

Around the Network

Seth Gaiters and Aseel Najib are convening a virtual dissertation writing group for students working in political theology “in a broad sense, whether their disciplinary background is history, religious studies, anthropology, area studies, or some other field”…

Meeting regularly with peers can ease the sometimes lonely, sometimes frustrating dissertation-writing process – especially during a time when we are apart from our campus communities. We’re starting a virtual writing group intended to bring together doctoral students writing on political theology in a broad sense, whether their disciplinary background is history, religious studies, anthropology, area studies, or some other field. At our first meeting, we will discuss frequency and content of future meetings. If you are interested or have questions, write to conveners Seth Gaiters (sethgaiters@gmail.com) and Aseel Najib (ann2107@columbia.edu).
