Asia Lerner-Gay

Asia Lerner-Gay is a PhD Candidate of Hebrew Bible at Emory University. Her work focuses on Israelite religion, women's rituals, postcolonial feminism, and the biblical prophets. Her dissertation is entitled, "Uncovering Her: The Women Ritualists of Ezekiel from a Postcolonial Feminist Perspective." Asia comes from an interfaith background, and is now a Candidate for Ordained Ministry in the PC(USA) denomination under the care of the Greater Atlanta Presbytery.
