The Political Theology Network is currently recruiting applicants for a number of positions in our editorial collective. We are hiring a symposia editor, two podcast co-hosts, and a social media editor. All of these positions are flexible with regard to location and are funded with a modest stipend. We are especially interested to expand the reach of the network into new regions and fields (academic fields of anthropology, political theory, comparative literature, and critical theory as well as vocational fields of religious leadership and activism). We strongly encourage applications from women and people of color. To apply, please send a CV and letter of interest (no more than two pages) to managing editor Kyle Lambelet at email@example.com. Inquiries can be directed to the same address. The positions are open until filled (posted July 31, 2019).
In addition to these paid positions, the Political Theology Network is eager to recruit volunteer guest symposium editors to convene scholars, activists, and religious leaders on specific topics and stringers to report on news from academic conferences, street protests, religious and political conventions and more. For more information see our submissions page.
